What You'll Get:

  • Comprehensive Operational Assessment:
    • I’ll conduct an in-depth analysis of the current operations, identifying both immediate and long-term improvement opportunities.
    • This will include assessing systems, processes, tech, and people. 
  • Process Optimization Recommendations:
    • Once the evaluation is complete I’ll provide specific recommendations for optimizing processes and workflows, highlighting areas where efficiency gains can be achieved.
  • Competitive Assessment:
    • I'll provide a competitive assessment within 30 days. 
    • You’ll also receive a competitive analysis to help you understand how your operations compare to industry benchmarks and competitors.

This will also include:

  • Voxer support throughout the duration of the project.

    • I’ll implement process improvements to streamline operations. This includes identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization to reduce costs and increase effectiveness.
  • 2. Milestone Tracking and Reporting:
    • Next, we’ll establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that track progress towards our goals and help make datadriven decisions.
  • 3. Technology and Innovation Integration:
    • We’ll explore opportunities for leveraging technology and software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and
      competitiveness.
  • 4. Continuous Strategic Advising:
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to brainstorm ideas and provide guidance.

In addition to that, we will also cover:

Introduction and overview of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).

What We'll Do:

  • 1. Fractional Integrator
    • As a Fractional  Integrator I'll be responsible for executing the business plan. I’ll be integrated with your team. Leading, managing, and holding your team accountable.  This option is for companies running on EOS. 
  • 2. Team Building and Leadership Development
    •  I'll help assemble a high-performing team and provide leadership development to ensure the team encompasses the company's core values and we are all rowing in the same direction.
  • 3. Regular Reporting and Check-Ins:
    • Conduct 1:1 check-in meetings with direct reports.
      Review progress, address challenges, and adapt
      strategies as needed.
    • Conduct weekly same-page meetings with the CEO. 
  • 4. Goals(Rocks)
    • My commitment is to take on 1 -2 significant rocks. These are substantial projects or objectives that align with your long-term vision and quarterly goals.

This option will also include:
