Discover Your Role as an Integrator
Coaching and resources designed for aspiring COOs and newly-minted Integrators in EOS®-run businesses.

You’ve always been the do-er.
But now, you’re stepping into a bigger role. Maybe you’ve been promoted, or you’re eyeing that COO seat. Maybe you’ve heard about EOS and thought: “Our organization needs this.”
Either way, you want to excel in your role as your organization’s Integrator. But you can’t help but wonder…
What exactly does this role look like – and how do I do it well?
You’re not alone if you’re thinking…
- “Am I ready to be an executive?”
- “I know what I’m good at, but I also know where my skills are lacking.”
- “How do I go from managing the day-to-day to leading at the next level?”
Taking the next step in your career can be exciting and daunting. That’s where I can help.

Hi, I’m Raquel
Fractional COO + Integrator for growing businesses — especially those running (or ready to run) on EOS®.
Like you, I’ve always been a do-er. I don’t think there’s anything quite so satisfying as checking things off a to-do list. So when I landed my job as a full-time COO, it felt like the perfect fit. As the creative, ideas-driven visionary would dream big, I would put my head down and work through my list of tasks to bring it all to life.
It wasn’t long until I realized even I could burn out from too much doing. And that wasn’t scalable.
I needed a proven system to help me make sure everything got done — without me doing all of it. That’s when I found EOS and became a Fractional Integrator.
Today, I’ve worked with more than 25 leadership team members to help them align, execute, and scale their businesses effectively – and learned a lot along the way. I’m here to teach you those lessons so that you can be a successful Integrator from day 1.

You don’t have to navigate your new role on your own.
I help aspiring Integrators build the skills, confidence, and clarity they need to thrive in this role — whether you’re brand new to EOS or stepping into leadership for the first time.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between an Online Business Manager and an Online Integrator?
An Online Business Manager typically manages what’s already there – the systems and processes and tech that you already have in place. An Integrator steps in to incorporate more strategic leadership to your organization; Integrators look at your systems and processes, interdepartmental communication, and more, to ensure your entire team, including your OBM, can operate as efficiently as possible.
Do I need background as a COO to be an integrator?
Not necessarily! While experience in project management, business operations, or leadership helps, the real skills that matter are:
- Problem-solving & decision-making
- Driving accountability & execution
- Organizing chaos into systems
- Leading teams with confidence
What does an Integrator actually do?
An Integrator is the CEO’s right-hand, responsible for turning vision into action. They work to align teams & ensure accountability, build and optimize operational systems, solve bottlenecks & keep execution on track, and most importantly, free up the CEO to focus on strategy, not daily fires.
How do I transition from an OBM (Online Business Manager) to an Integrator?
If you’re already managing operations as an OBM, shifting into an Integrator role means:
- Leveling up from task management to strategic leadership
- Focusing on execution & accountability over daily to-dos
- Positioning yourself as the CEO’s right-hand, not just a manager
Do I need to be certified in EOS to be an Integrator?
No. While understanding EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a huge advantage, you don’t need formal certification. Many successful Integrators learn the framework through experience, mentoring, or self-study.
If you’re serious about using EOS in your work, consider taking the Integrator Masterclass and joining IMF (Integrator Mastery Forum)!
How do I know if I’m more of a Visionary or an Integrator?
Visionaries are typically more excited by the big picture strategy, while Integrators are excited the details and bringing the vision to life. If you’re not sure where you fit, this assessment is a good place to start!
